2. Scope of processing
This website is a static corporate presentation. When you visit, technically necessary server log data (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) is processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver and secure the site.
3. Audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (provider: Cloudflare, Inc., USA / EU hosting) for anonymised measurement of page views and performance. The service does not set cookies and does not store personal profiles. It processes aggregated usage data (e.g. pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, device type). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding site usage and performance). We do not use Google Analytics or marketing tracking; no cookie banner is required for this.
4. No tracking cookies
nlts.eu does not use analytics or marketing cookies or comparable tracking identifiers on your device.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Complaints may be filed with the Czech supervisory authority (UOOU) or your local data protection authority.
